BYU Celebrates 50 Years!
BYU Studies is celebrating its 50th year of publication in 2009. Fifty years ago in 1959, we published the first issue of this journal on BYU campus and began a history of academic, peer-reviewed, multi-disciplinary articles in our journal. To celebrate our fifty years, we now have all of our journals available online. Usually the last two years of journal are only available in hardcover, but now you can download each issue for only $7.00. Charting the Book of Mormon Charts Available Online
BYU Studies has digitized and updated the charts from Charting the Book of Mormon by John Welch and they are now available here on our website. As you teach or study the Book of Mormon this year, don't forget to use these charts as a resource to assist you. Your study will be enriched and expanded by them.

Resources for Studying the Doctrine and Covenants
With an archive of 50 years of articles, BYU Studies is an excellent resource to assist you in your study of the Doctrine and Covenants. For each lesson, we've listed articles from our journal as well as chapters from books and sections from the Encyclopedia of Mormonism for you to peruse. Most of the articles are free, as well as all of the entries from the Encyclopedia of Mormonism. There is a small fee for chapters from books or articles from very recent issues of our journal. Use these resources to assist you as you study these revelations given to Joseph Smith.
